First time being as this establishment and must say it was amazing. Samantha S was my stylist and she was awesome held a conversation was a people person and one top of that one hell of a haircut. I will be back again you can guarantee that. Plus from my perception the other ladies cutting hair were exactly the same way. Goes to show they are under great manament and leadership.

Went Monday before school started to get son’s hair cut. We went from a 70 minute wait to a 2 hour & 20 minute wait. Jessica cut his hair as always. She usually does an amazing job! Monday she cut him all down his part on his scalp and down the back of his neck. The manager Samantha was supposed to call me back on Tuesday. She never did. I finally was able to get hold of her Saturday. She never said one time that she was sorry. My son is a tuff boy who doesn’t complain. When Jessica said did that hurt. He said no. I told that to the manager she replied that my son was too immature to be alone for a haircut. I was sitting in the waiting area where I was told to wait. I was then hung up on. I called back to find out about the incident report and what I needed to do to get my money back. I was told I could pick up tomorrow. Then hung up on again. I would love for CustomerService to contact me regarding this. I do have pictures which Samantha is NOT interested in seeing. Think twice before going to the D’Iberville location. I have to say they are lucky I didn’t know about the cuts until we got home or mama bear would have been out in full force. Also had lots of time to calm down over the last week. 😊

Christina was not friendly, she stated that I was to be charged $10 extra to TRIM my sons hair because it was past his shoulders. I have never been charged extra before. Needless to say I did not let her cut my son's hair. She did however cut my youngest sons hair and did such a horrible job I had to immediately go elsewhere to have it fixed. She was rude to my son and came out to rudely tell me that he would not sit still. I have been to this sports clips MANY times and have had Samantha and Jessica cut their hair with NO complaints. They are super courteous to my boys and the boys enjoy going to them. Today was horrible and I would NOt recommend Christina to ANYONE. I am so disappointed because school starts in 2 days. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because there is no option for 0!
